My grasp on the landscape of the NFL is about as strong as Ken Dorsey’s arm. Another awful week (2-6) brings the season total to 24-47. In fairness to those who use the sure-fire picks as a tool for what not to pick, I will continue to go with my gut.

Deep breath everyone, what better time than Week 10 to get the picks on track?

Deep breath everyone, what better time than Week 10 to get the picks on track?

Tennessee (-3) at Chicago, 1 p.m. Sunday
What’s better, a gimpy Kyle Orton or a healthy Rex Grossman. Doesn’t matter, the Titans are just better and will find a way to win. Titans -3.

Seattle at Miami (-8.5), 1 p.m. Sunday
Sorry Dolphins fans, I’ve been helping your team out all season going against them in the sure-fire picks. Time to give Miami the kiss of death … they win big here. Dolphins -8.5.

Buffalo at New England (-3.5), 1 p.m. Sunday
Dropped balls, personal fouls, and … gasp … bad coaching kept the Patriots from a road win at Indianapolis. Meanwhile, it appears the Bills are returning to their old selves. Patriots -3.5.

Jacksonville (-7) at Detroit, 1 p.m. Sunday
It looks like Jack Del Rio has lost his team. After granting the Bengals their first win of the season, why not the Lions? Plus, this UCF grad has a soft spot for Dante Culpepper and Kevin Smith. Lions +7.

Green Bay at Minnesota (O/U 45), 1 p.m. Sunday
Two division rivals desperate for a win – expect a slugfest. The Packers will try to get Ryan Grant back on track while the Vikings will feed the Pack a healthy dose of Adrian Peterson. Under 45.

Carolina (-9.5) at Oakland, 4:05 p.m. Sunday
If the Falcons can completely dismantle the Raiders, I have to believe the Panthers – fresh off a bye week – can do the same. Panthers -9.5.

Kansas City at San Diego (-15.5), 4:15 p.m. Sunday
Why should I believe the Chargers are all of a sudden the ’07 Patriots. Who gives 15.5 points? The Chiefs gave the Bucs all they could handle last week. Chiefs +15.5.

NY Giants at Philadelphia (-3), 8:15 p.m. Sunday
When Donovan McNabb and Brian Westbrook are healthy, this team is a good as it gets. The Giants are due for another slip up. Eagles -3.
